Terms and Conditions of NOLO Beverages BV
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.
These Terms also apply to businesses for future commercial relations without the need for any formal expression thereof. Unless expressly approved by us to the contrary, we cannot accept the contractual validity of any conflicting or complementary general terms and conditions used by any business.
- Contractual partner, formation of contract
The contract is concluded with NOLO Beverages BV.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer on our part to enter into a contract regarding those items. You may place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and amend your entries at any time prior to submitting your binding order by using the correction facilities that are provided for this purpose and explained during the ordering process. The contract is formed by clicking on the order button which indicates your acceptance of our offer concerning the goods contained in the shopping basket. Once you have sent your order you will immediately receive a confirmation via e-mail.

At GINAMIS, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to customers in the Netherlands, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the couriers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. In the Netherlands this would normally take 1 business day. For international delivery please contact us on email@example.com
- In summary – in the Netherlands your order should be with you within 48 hours
- Cost of Shipping
Orders exceeding the amount €55,- will have free delivery in the Netherlands. Orders below €55,- will carry a €4,95 delivery fee.
The delivery cost will be automatically considered in your shopping basket. The minimal amount needs to be met within one order and excludes any discount, promotional code, or discount vouchers.

In case of delayed payment, we reserve the right to charge overdue fines. In the case of returns, the returned amount can be reduced accordingly.

As a buyer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days without giving reasons, if the returned products are complete and are in an unused and undamaged condition.

Items that are opened or damaged will be denied a refund.
